In the event of any processing error leading to duplicate charges, failure to meet your specific design requirements, or inability to fulfill your design order as per the delivery policy, we guarantee a full refund of your complete design order amount.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any design services provided by Sage Techify, you have the option to submit a refund request within five days of the initial designs completion. It is understood between both parties that you are satisfied with your initial designs if a refund request is not received within five days of the initial designs delivery.
All refund requests must be communicated to our support department. Sage Techify, while reserving the right to approve or disapprove requests based on the violation of your user agreement, will assess each case individually.
